sam adams is a particular favorite.
can't think of any other brands
off the top of my head
that i would actually seek out at the store... 

coors light is the only beer i've had that was so bad

i've had mickey's. is steel reserve pretty much the same thing? 

steel reserve has an um fuller flavour

and its high gravity and hits twice as hard.

when I was a wee lad in my first year of college i used to do 4-6 40's of mickeys ice some nights

and then one night my girlfriend and I went to a 40 party where they had steel reserve and I had class the next morning and so decided to go light so I wouldnt miss it, and only bought 2 40's of steel reserve

I was drunker than I'd ever been off mickeys.

my girlfriend threw up on her feet, then realized she was wearing someone else's flip flops and kicked them off and went and got her own.

I also recall walking backwards on the way home so I could pee and walk simultaniously.

It was a romantic night. 

my cheap booze of choice in college was boones farm...
the flavor was actually decent

Half a fifth (a tenth?) deep in some "El Ultimo Agave" 100% blue agave reposado tequila. Way too fruity, should have gone with the añejo instead. Whatever, it does the job.

Finished the 100% blue agave reposado tequila, had to resort to cheapo José Cuervo Gold, which now, in comparison, tastes like utter shit. And it wasn't even that good of a reposado.

Yeah for sure. Though I usually just get really sleepy. Space bags are awesome for parties though. I have very fond memories of one particular instance.
