Several Fazed users gather there, to converse and display on webcams.
A great time is had by all.

Sometimes someone is revealed to be the great time had by all.

This is not a Fazed service and is not moderated by Fazed staff.
Often things are not work safe and occasionally they are not really human eye safe.

This thread, which is to announce rooms to meet in,
and comment about the on line hilarity is part of Fazed
and will be moderated in our usual intolerant, uneven and verging on Nazi manner.

In short, people should not be dumb dickwad douchebags, otherwise bad things will happen.

The old thread became poorly and had to be put down.

There was content that was of questionable legality and a lot of semi trolling.
We also wished to make it clear that the service is nothing to do with Fazed itself.

There's nothing wrong with the service, or what people choose to do there.
It was going to take too long to tidy everything up post by post. 

I approve of this thread, particularly since I have no recollection of any other thread of similar content existing in the past.

I often enjoy fazed live. I however do not enjoy tinychat. That seems to be the consensus of the users. I think, it should be stated, that if someone can find a better service, we are not married to tinychat. The requirements seem to be -
It must have a chat room as well as the ability to webcam.
It should not be required that you have to be on cam, but there should also be a realtime chat.
The max number of cams should be within reason (12 on tinychat is nice, 2 or 3 would not be, 64 would be ridiculous)
Must be STABLE - this is the main problem with tinychat, the pm service sucks, posts drop, and there is often lag.
Must be free
Must not require a login

Those last 3 are the toughest things about finding another service. There is practically no such thing as a stable, free, no login required webcam chatroom. So we settle for free and there being no login required. If someone can find better, please share, if not we'll be in:

If you remove just the login thing then you can move the chatroom to yahoo or aim or even google i think. If you remove the webcam thing you can do IRC. 

i dont think yahoo has private rooms though.

Tinychat has had the same effect on other fazers too.

I am definitely at least 50% less douchebag on Fazed Live. 

i think there is a way MK, i just don't know how, but you can do just type chat, you don't need a cam or mic to get on 

i am pretty sure i'm exactly the same.
i don't think i act much different on the forum than i do face-to-face, either.

I just go in with egojab so people know who they're messin' with.

You can but if you have several people talking at once it gets kind of hard to keep up.

Yeah. If you have a separate mic it's easiest, but I'm sure you can set it up some other way too. Not sure how, though.
